What is it about?
To become literacy aware and respond sensitively to unmet literacy needs.  

Who the course is for:
For people who wish to work in partnership or work with the public as a healthcare employee. 

Aim of the course:

  • It will take you about 45 minutes to do the course.
  • The content in this course is presented like a website. You scroll down to read the information.
  • This course does not save your progress or answers. We recommend you do the course in one sitting.
  • The course might work differently on a computer, tablet or smartphone.
